- Analysis of current office procedures, with a review of security, office workspace, physical plant, electronics. This inspection is the first step in the documentation process with potential data breach, operational and environment weaknesses identified and documented.
- Documentation of poor practices, security risks, potential litigation issues,environments, is compiled and reviewed with designated security officer and board of directors if applicable. A concise written plan of action with a corrective procedure is prepared to mitigate any legal consequences. We document discovery of risks and prepare a record with the corrective steps that need to be taken.
- A review of the corrective steps recommended is scheduled with the security officer and or board to establish the new policies, procedures, employee manuals, and how they will be implemented.
- Employee policies manuals, federal compliance for identity theft and data breach manuals, as well as modified security procedures and handling will typically have been reviewed with preparations made to implement the program.
- Training classes for all employees working with sensitive information, and procedures to be followed, with best practices to be highlighted geared towards instilling a culture of following a new guideline to benefit all .
- Certificates of completion issued to participants whom have passed the exam on best practices on P.I.I. and B.C.I. and grasp the information handling importance.
Level III services include everything above and are typically finished in 3 days depending on the organizations ability to group training classes without affecting operations, fee begins for one location at 699.00 with additional locations cost at 225.00 per site.
Medium level II
- Initial and a semi annual compliance reviews available based on predetermined organizations needs analysis. One year subscription to the monthly Data Security and Breach Newsletter, which monitors over a dozen security, data breach, organizations posts and newsletters.
Level II service packages begin at 1199.00 All steps of Basic security package Level I are also included. Any additional location training seminars also at 225.00 per site.
High Level I
- Initial review followed by quarterly onsite examinations. One year subscription to the monthly Data Security and Breach Newsletter. Daily Emailed updates canvassed from over a dozen security organizations such as F.B.I.,Kroll Security®, F.T.C.,Tripwire,C.E.O.,Insider Security and more.Unlimited new hire and employee background screenings.
High Level I packages begin at 1899.00 yearly. All steps of Basic Level I, and Medium Level II are included.
- P.C.I.-D.S.S. Compliance inspection packages can be added to any of the above packages for an additional fee, This is only typically necessary if your organization processes in excess of 10,000 Credit card transactions yearly.
